DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Our Commitment

CAM01 Files respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects those who submit material to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Footage submitted by users is published in good faith on the basis of the warranties in our Terms of Service; on receipt of a valid notice we remove the material promptly.

2. How to File a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice that includes all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list of those works.
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it, including the full URL of the page where it appears.
3. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Email your notice to support@cam01files.online with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.

3. What Happens Next

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material, make a reasonable attempt to notify the person who submitted it, and keep a record of the notice. We aim to act within two business days.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe material you submitted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice”. It must include: identification of the material and the URL where it appeared; your name, address, telephone number, and email; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the complainant; and your physical or electronic signature. We may restore the material after ten business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We refuse further submissions from anyone who is the subject of repeated valid infringement notices and may remove all material they previously submitted.
